Breakfast to Patients - March 1st 2013

On March 1st 2013, we facilitated provision of breakfast for all the resident patients of the National Cancer Institute, Maharagama, Sri Lanka on behalf of Lakshman and Renuka Perera of Houston. The purpose of this meritorious deed was to celebrate their son Raveen's 20th Birthday. From the funds that Lakshman and Renuka provided, representatives of Revive to Survive in Sri Lanka purchased the necessary dry rations and handed them over to the hospital.
Marion Belleth, from Houston, was visiting Sri Lanka at that time, and oversaw the handing over of these supplies on February 28, 2013. This food was prepared by the hospital kitchen staff, and was later served to approximately a thousand patients.
